Our Story

Champions Cottage was created by a multigenerational Notre Dame alumni family who wanted to share one of our favorite places.

Over the years, South Bend has been the setting for football weekends, graduations, family celebrations, and lifelong memories. When we purchased this home, we wanted to create the kind of place we always hoped to find ourselves—a comfortable, welcoming home where guests could settle in, gather together, and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
